TESTIMONIALS
What Families Are Saying
After the tournament "One lesson with Terri and I literally used everything this weekend"
Camile D, / Volleyball / Player 12U
"Mila had a league tournament Saturday and Sunday last weekend, and I’ve been meaning to tell you - SHE DID AMAZING. She did so well early on Saturday that coach put her every set for the rest of the tournament. She was present and confident and it was like watching a different kid play, I can’t thank you enough!"

-

-
Practice explaining those skills in their own words
-
Begin understanding how the real world works
Families are invited to support this process by encouraging conversations, reflection, and confidence at home.
This course focuses on growth not pressure and helps students feel capable as they take on more responsibility.

How the Levels Work
This program is designed as a three-level journey.
Each level builds on the one before it, which is why students start with Level 1 and work their way forward.
-
Level 1: Self-Discovery & Identity helps students understand who they are, what matters to them, and the strengths they already have.
-
Level 2: Skill Translation & Career Exploration builds on that clarity by helping students apply what they’ve learned to real-world skills, interests, and opportunities.
-
Level 3: Storytelling & Personal Brand brings it all together by teaching students how to intentionally share their story in a world that is constantly shaping narratives for them.
Each level prepares students for the next. Starting at Level 1 ensures they build confidence, clarity, and skills in the right order without skipping important foundations.
